Venu Parimi

S2 Civil Inc’s President and CEO, Venu Parimi has over 20 years of experience involving planning, designing, and managing the delivery of projects. His experience includes roadway and traffic engineering, with in-depth knowledge of the preparation of preliminary and final design packages for arterial reconstruction and widening, streetscape, and complex design-build projects. Mr. Parimi’s specialties include project management, staff management, signing and pavement marking design, signals lighting and ITS design, ITS programs, safety engineering, corridor and traffic impact studies. Venu is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. He is also certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).

Emilee Prescia

Emilee Prescia’s 14 years’ experience in transportation and traffic engineering includes signing, striping, traffic control, signals, lighting, and ITS design, plan preparation, development of specifications, quantity estimates, cost analysis, quality assurance/quality control, report preparation, staff augmentation, and construction administration. In addition, Ms. Prescia has assisted in the preparation of interchange feasibility studies and traffic impact analyses.

Austin Hoekstra

Austin Hoekstra has over 10 years of experience involving design and managing the delivery of projects. His experience includes Intelligent Transportations Systems (ITS) and traffic engineering, having prepared preliminary and final design packages for signals, lighting, and ITS (SLI) design projects. Mr. Hoekstra’s specialties include project management, project scoping, signals lighting and ITS design, fiber network design, lighting analysis, electrical design and closed loop signal system design. Austin is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of North Carolina and Illinois.

Vixuong (Jack) Hong

Vixuong (Jack) Hong has over 10 years of experience involving structural, roadway, and traffic design. His structural experience includes the design of bridges, retaining walls, box culverts, and performing structural analysis. Prior to that, he worked on the design of traffic signal systems, roadway lighting, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) infrastructure. Vixuong is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Nevada.
